What do you like best? I love that through Chorus you can view a transcript or stop the recording at different spots. I like that I can see how much I am talking and how much my prospect/customer is talkiung.

What do you like best? I like how quick and responsive the interface is when watching recordings or creating snippets to share with colleagues. I appreciate how easy it is to search for a conversation based on the person's name or the company. The view showing the talk time for each person is also a great tool for improving the overall involvement and quality of conversations.
