"Chorus Implementation is Top Notch"

What do you like best? Creating playlists for our teams to watch and get visibility into calls is a game-changer. The platform itself is strong, but in particular, their implementation team and support team is stellar. They do everything they can to ensure clients are satisfied. The platform itself is user friendly, but they also take all the feedback to their product managers, and the product managers are driven to go in and continue making improvements.

What do you like best? I love that you can take a snapshot of your performance and have meaningful insight and conversation surrounding you as a Sales rep.

"Great call coaching platform with internal and external benefits"

What do you like best? I like that Chorus.ai records meetings and provides insights into the conversations that I have with prospects. When prospects request recordings, I know that they will be available shortly after the meeting ends. If I want to send the whole meeting or edit a smaller snipper, Chorus makes it very easy. The Self-Coaching section has been really helpful for becoming aware of call behaviors and knowing what to improve for future calls.

"Call history for slow note takers like me"

What do you like best? I like that it auto records calls to the cloud so I don't have to worry about turning that on or dealing with downloaded recordings. It is also really easy to search for calls that I've had previously. In groups my calls by account or email address which makes it easy to review the history of an account as well. Overall, it serves my needs

"Sharpen Your Lingo"

What do you like best? One of the best parts is the seamless integration to GoToMeeting to help record/transcribe calls. This has really allowed me to be more personable and be part of the conversation knowing I'll have the notes I need at the end. With the analytics features, it's shown areas of improvement and even allowed me to see how often I'm bringing up specific topics.
