"Chorus is helping our sales team at AlphaSense analyze each demo in great detail."

What do you like best? What I like the best about chorus is its ability to analyze what is being spoken about in a conversation and simultaneously categorize and tag it. Not only does it help our sales team improve our calls, but it is able to streamline this process through translation of voice to text, helping us save time and improve the quality of our conversations.

"User of chorus for many years - big fan!"

What do you like best? I love how Chorus automatically joins calls and seamlessly records clear calls without ever running into issues. The recording is also available within minutes for easy access. In addition, there is a transcript and the search capability is great when typing in certain key words to find specific parts of a call. Lastly, the ability to listen and learn from each other cross functionally.

What do you like best? My experience on Chorus has been great! It has been particularly helpful as a BDR to listen in on RSDs to learn from their calls. As a new employee this has helped me to most in the training process.

What do you like best? Chorus.ai is so helpful when I haven't been able to join a call that I've set up. In my role, I'm constantly setting up calls for Account Executives - sometimes there are a few calls a day that I can't attend - it is important, though, that I understand how the call went and what the next steps are, so that I can be involved with the progress. What do you like best? How easy it is to sort through and filter old calls in order to find great examples to listen to. The ability to save certain pieces of the call/mark them to return to later. How easy it is to share information, make information accessible to my colleagues.
