"Insightful tool for both improving your external conversations & recalling information"

What do you like best? I love that if used by all sales people, you can reference previous dialogues and not rely on poor note taking (or no note taking) in SF. You can really focus on engaging with the prospect or customer as opposed to jotting down everything since you can listen to the call to recollect any key info. Also great for management to be able to coach you.

"Such a time saver"

What do you like best? auto-joining, recording, and saving to Salesforce. also great how it emails everyone on the call! makes getting the info out to the rest of the team super easy!

It's helpful on the individual level for transcribing my sales calls, highlighting key moments (next steps, competitors mentioned, etc), or for listening to other team members' calls to find out what they do well. What do you like best? Most helpful aspects of Chorus would be how you can categorize the calls, makes it very easy to find context you're looking for. Its a great training and learning tool to be able to listen to recorded calls.
