What do you like best? Chorus records all of your calls and syncs with google calendar. It makes it easy to go back and find information you missed or forgot to write down, helps you improve your sales motion, and gives management a great way to provide feedback.

"Chorus.ai is a must"
What do you like best? Chorus. AI is super helpful with reviewing previous conversations and allowing me to get really detailed notes that I use on the next call with the customer for positive interactions.If you have a team of people that are doing account management I would definitely recommend this as a tool to help really have a solid understanding of what was previously spoken about and to have a reference in case any reps forget specific points in the conversation.

What do you like best? Chorus.ai has provided me full control over my entire working, it has enabled me to have an insight view of the workings and I always have the idea about my team’s working. And this is all due to Chorus which has provided me custom columns and trackers, so that I better understand the sales process. Through the calling service I always give exactly, whatever my customer needs and easily we share information with one another win the deals.

What do you like best? I use chorus primarily to revisit calls that need review and confirmation of next actions. I really like being able to pinpoint keywords so I don't have to re-listen to the entire call.

What do you like best? Chorus is connected with our Zoom account and my google calendar and and automatically records any meeting I have. This makes it effortless and I can always go back to listen to my calls to find anything I missed and improve my sales approach. Also, the transcript feature makes it really easy to find a specific area in a long conversation.

What do you like best? The best part of Chorus is the ability to share calls with the team. It is very helpful to share successful calls, as well as unsuccessful calls, to help professional development. Our calls on Chorus have been super helpful in training new staff as well.

What do you like best? Chorus always joins my meetings, it has saved me numerous times when I forgot to record a zoom webinar. I love the fact that I can use specific words and search for the those words in the recording. Chorus takes notes for me, this is huge, it allows me to pay attention in the meeting and review my notes later on.
