"CHORUS makes the inside sales process easy and efficient!"
What do you like best? I love being able to go back and listen to my calls with my manager for constructive criticism. It is helpful to hear my tone of voice and how quickly/consciously I provide a reply. It makes me realize a lot of habits I have that I wouldn't have realized otherwise. I also love how CHORUS links with Salesforce to label a call as Left Message, DM Found, Appointment Set, etc. It allows me to easily navigate and locate calls that I want to focus on.

"Best Tool for Strategic call Analytics"
What do you like best? Chorus makes it extremely easy to analyze and share calls internally or externally. There are so many functions such as commenting, conversation metrics, sharing snippets, etc. The features allow me to critically analyze each call I have with a customer and improve on that.

"Seamless integration with my software tools"
What do you like best? I like how Chorus.ai seamlessly integrates with my other tools, especially Zoom and Salesforce. You barely notice it's there but it works great! I've never noticed any technical issues or delays with the product. It works far better than the default Zoom recording for instance. I no longer have to search through my computer documents to find a recording that may be mislabeled.
