From the beginning my calls are recorded and offer great insights to review my progress and see what I can improve on. What do you like best? I love that I can see detailed things such as how much I talked, versus the other person (sales prospect). I can see the amount of filler words used to try to cut back on that. I can ensure I am hitting all of the important talking points. My managers and peers can listen and give feedback.
