"Do TONS of research before choosing Chime / Lofty"
What do you like best about Lofty? I think they are pretty good at lead hunting. Pumping in your zillow leads and/or pay per clicks and setting up follow ups for them - they are good at. And the interface is better than others on that front. However, the CRM is really only great for purchase lead hunting.

What do you like best about Lofty? The system is snappy on the back end, everything seems to work just the way it should. The live chat support has also been a good way to get quick response.

What do you like best about Lofty? Ease of use - accessing on my phone on the go is very important. AI is fantastic for wriing emails or campaigns, or texting leads.

"GREAT Customer Service"
What do you like best about Lofty? Lofty was extremely knowledgable and helpful in assisting me in my website troubles. One of my favorite features is the FREE AI text check in ideas for clients. That is really helpful for me. I also love that the app is easy to use, and I can add to phone contacts with a click of a button.

"A lot of Potential Functionality but Poor Execution"
What do you like best about Lofty? It's a one-stop shop that offers everything, which is very convenient. The websites and agent subdomains, though not as easy to edit/personalize as I would like, look very sharp and were easy enough to set up. We love all the tools we can use to market our listings and match leads to different listings. The AI tool is helpful, though we wish it were not limited to a certain number of uses each week.

What do you like best about Lofty? I like that the follow up campaigns are more than just drip emails - also incorporate texts, voicemails, etc. I also like that it auto pulls in leads from many sources.

What do you like best about Lofty? Lofty is a very user friendlt platform that allows you to contact your leads as needed. This platform does an amazing job of setting up your daily tasks for each client.
