What do you like best? I love Chili Pipers instant booker. I am able to connect directly to my google calendar and send availability directly with my clients What do you dislike? What do you like best? Once the kinks were worked out and everything was integrated with our existing systems, our efficiency scaled significantly. What do you dislike? Team is Great but when Bugs Arose They Were Slow to Acknowledge and Resolve.

What do you like best? Allows users to book the next available rep. Our CSM is Elyssa is fantastic. What do you dislike? We had persistent issues with the name of the rep matching the rep scheduled for the meeting matching the reps name on the invite. Support and our CSM were both lovely and thorough but insisted that "we are using the software wrong" because the booker has multiple tabs open at once. What do you like best? This tool is the best calendar tool I've ever seen, the flexibility combined with the ease of use makes this a no brainier for any sales team. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love how well you can customize your meeting booking to your lead routing rules. What do you dislike? I dislike the report functionality in Chili Piper. You can't delete duplicate meetings. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving giving sales reps more qualified leads. Can't imagine being an SDR without Chili Piper

What do you like best? ChiliPiper takes the stress out of the entire booking, coordinating, and rescheduling process for the Sales Development and Account Executive team. I don't know how anyone could have done the SDR role as efficiently as possible without the use of ChiliPiper. In my opinion this tool is a a necessity for any growing SDR team out there. What do you like best? Chili Piper can do it all book meetings from form fills, links, website, facebook ads. It is great for B2B and it connects seamlessly with Salesforce What do you dislike? I dislike the reporting in Chili pIper. I feel like it can be cleaner. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having sales reps, account coordinators, and account manager spend less time chasing leads/clients.
