Using Chili Piper as an inbound SDR that qualifies and books meetings for our Account Executives, I love the ease with which I can book the next steps while in the call with the prospect (thanks to the Salesforce integration) or later over email (thanks to the Gmail integration).

"I loveeee Chili Piper"
What do you like best about Chili Piper? This is the first company I've used Chili Piper at and I absolutely love it. When booking meetings, it's easy to click on the Chili Piper extension out of our dialer, email, and CRM to book a meeting. It's also fairly easy to reschedule meetings, reassign meetings, update the invite, etc. I also like that you can break up people by teams and select the reps apart of each team.
