We have clickcease installed on our websites. It solved our problems with the bots wrecking our ads budget. Their customer service is top of the line. I had on their guy Martin Tsvetkov on the chat for over 90minutes and he answered all my queries. I had trouble with the customer support from other vendors like shopify, google, mailchimp and facebook, where they are clearly undrtrained on their products and to coverup their bad, they make up answers which doesnt make sense but clickcease ...
