ClickCease is a genuinely useful product. Although Google does an OK job at refunding fraudulent clicks, it isn't perfect. I have proven several times that Google's own algorithm is insufficient for many niches where click fraud is a major problem. One of the notable features is the ability to be able to block by device. It paid for itself before I even signed up!
