What do you like best about Chekkit? Ease of use communicating w/ customers. Whether I am in the office or out of the office I have the messaging service on my phone and can make sure my team gets back to customers in a timely manner. What do you dislike about Chekkit? inability to save photos to phone. "Very happy with the product"

What do you like best about Chekkit? Quick and easy to contact customers when a service ticket is done. What do you dislike about Chekkit? I haven't found any that I can point to. Recommendations to others considering Chekkit: It fills what we need. What problems is Chekkit solving and how is that benefiting you? Makes it quick to contact a customer to let them know a service is done instead of taking time to call them and talk to them or leave them a message

What do you like best about Chekkit? It is easy to respond to customers and easy for them to respond back. What do you dislike about Chekkit? It is not very easy to use on the phone and sometimes it glitches Recommendations to others considering Chekkit: None What problems is Chekkit solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Chekkit? Chekkit is intuitive and easy to use. It has the power and functionality of a platform like Podium, but at a fraction of the cost.
