What do you like best about Chekkit? I like that I can speak with customers through text without using my personal phone What do you dislike about Chekkit? Nothing I think that it is a great tool to use and I am very glad that our company has this as an option to use. Our customers seem to like it as well. What problems is Chekkit solving and how is that benefiting you? Giving customers the option to text instead of phone call and email.

What do you like best about Chekkit? How quickly the messages connect. Pictures are easy to send and receive. What do you dislike about Chekkit? Wish bulk upload was easier. I wish I didn't have to have 2 separate fields for first and last name. What problems is Chekkit solving and how is that benefiting you? Saves a lot of time. Cuts down on the number of phone calls my business receives. Leaves me more time for other things.

"User friendly and much better pricing than Podium"
What do you like best about Chekkit? Ease of use communicating w/ customers. Whether I am in the office or out of the office I have the messaging service on my phone and can make sure my team gets back to customers in a timely manner. What do you dislike about Chekkit? inability to save photos to phone. What do you like best about Chekkit? Helpful for communicating with customers, staying organized and on top of all communication, at an affordable price compared to other similar platforms. What do you dislike about Chekkit? Not as visually appealing as our previous messaging platform- a bit glitchy from time to time! But rarely! What problems is Chekkit solving and how is that benefiting you? It solves the problem of having to call customer's with no quick reply!

What do you like best about Chekkit? Quick and easy to contact customers when a service ticket is done. What do you dislike about Chekkit? I haven't found any that I can point to.
