What do you like best about Chekkit? The texting software is very similar to a company we have used in the past. It has the same features but what is even better is the price and customer service. For more than half of the price it does the same thing as the last company we have used does, and the customer service blows them out of the water. What do you like best about Chekkit? Review requests and webchat feature are easy to use and implement with staff and customers. What do you dislike about Chekkit? No issue using chekkit. Our customers like to text directly from our website. Employees can ask for reviews right on site. What problems is Chekkit solving and how is that benefiting you? "Chekkit has made our operations more smooth and convenient"

What do you like best about Chekkit? The Chekkit webchat function has taken a load off of our front desk because now instead of fielding calls all day, people can reach out over the webchat function. "Easy to Use."

What do you like best about Chekkit? The organization tools are very friendly and intuitive, especially for first-time users. What do you dislike about Chekkit? My biggest pet peeve is when you paste a picture from your clipboard, it doesn't paste the raw image and instead converts it to a link that the recipient has to open. What do you like best about Chekkit? Everyone in the business can see and contact who you have contacted in the past. The log history is really good. What do you dislike about Chekkit? Sending out bulk messages is a hassle, because you'd have to fill out details of clients manually even though it's saved in the system. What do you like best about Chekkit? I like the webchat feature and the ability to attach documents sent via text. What do you dislike about Chekkit? The questionaires (which we use to collect data about our reps) give the data in rather unusable ways.
