What do you like best about Chekkit? I like how Chekkit offers messaging automations and best of all they are very dependable when it comes to security and convenience for you and your customers. What do you dislike about Chekkit? One thing that I'd like to see Chekkit improve on is an easier way to automatically tag a customer based on their responses. What problems is Chekkit solving and how is that benefiting you? We don't have to worry about managing 3 or 4 different messaging platforms.

Can be extremely slow at times especially when searching numbers What problems is Chekkit solving and how is that benefiting you? Customers now adays love texting so this makes it easy to send updates and product info

"Chekkit Solves the Issue of communicating with clients without giving a personal number"
What do you like best about Chekkit? I enjoy chekkit because it presents an avenue for potential customers to ask questions and have them answered in a timely manner without compromising their need for privacy. What do you dislike about Chekkit? The system doesn't give me the opportunity to set reminders for myself to follow up with clients after the initial message is received. What do you like best about Chekkit? The value you get from the reviews vs. the cost of Chekkit does not compare to any other type of marketing material. Best pick by far! Using the video chat for an onsite set of eyes saves us & our clients hundreds. What do you dislike about Chekkit? "Its is so easy and fast to use."
What do you like best about Chekkit? I like how our hole staff can see the text and history. It is very easy to use and you can answer at any time, work related and get info and pictures that are needed for service. What do you dislike about Chekkit? When I don't use it daily. What do you like best about Chekkit? Easy to use, an excellent way for clients to send information to our office via text. What do you dislike about Chekkit? nothing! Everything works well. Our office has no complaints. What problems is Chekkit solving and how is that benefiting you? Communication with our client is made more accessible with chekkit. Quicker responses from our clients this way.

What do you like best about Chekkit? Instant up dates, and easy to use. I have never had any issues using this! What do you dislike about Chekkit? I have not found a negative with this, except getting notifications on my day off on my cellular. What problems is Chekkit solving and how is that benefiting you? I have not experienced any problems on my end.
