What do you like best about Chekkit? We are able to send reviews quickly and easily, utilizing templates depending on the customer's situation. It also has been handy for connecting with leads and existing customers who need assistance. What do you dislike about Chekkit? Not being able to tell where the lead comes from sometimes. Meaning, text, website etc. What problems is Chekkit solving and how is that benefiting you? Makes asking for reviews easy. Responsive for quick customer communication.

Forces you to add a name in addition to the phone number when you do an outgoing text What problems is Chekkit solving and how is that benefiting you? instant communication with customers. "#1 All-In-One Messaging Platform in Canada"
What do you like best about Chekkit? I like how Chekkit offers messaging automations and best of all they are very dependable when it comes to security and convenience for you and your customers. What do you dislike about Chekkit? One thing that I'd like to see Chekkit improve on is an easier way to automatically tag a customer based on their responses. What problems is Chekkit solving and how is that benefiting you? We don't have to worry about managing 3 or 4 different messaging platforms.

"Chekkit keeps it simple"
What do you like best about Chekkit? Chekkit is super simple. They offer texting, reviews and simple analytics. Other tools like Podium had extra features that I had to pay extra for and couldn't opt out of. Chekkit was much more affordable and loose with limits. What do you dislike about Chekkit? I wish the phone number would be direct to the main line. I also don't like how the videos send in the app and degrade in quality. That would be a great opportunity to send more personalized ...

Can be extremely slow at times especially when searching numbers What problems is Chekkit solving and how is that benefiting you? Customers now adays love texting so this makes it easy to send updates and product info

What do you like best about Chekkit? Chekkit has a fast response team whenever you have a question or concern. the interface is extremely user friendly, some of the best I've seen. What do you dislike about Chekkit? Chekkit is self explanatory, there is not much to dislike. We have had some billing issues, given we pay 6 months in advance, but their team quickly resolved it.
