What do you like best? Cheddar is our billing system, our customer access control system, and our business intelligence system - all in one. It helps us optimize pricing, marketing, and implementation by showing us exactly how our actions are translating into revenue. What do you dislike? You really have to embrace Cheddar. Great solution for SaaS billing
What do you like best? Easy and quick setup, good documentation. Support available and attentive when needed. What do you dislike? Nothing I would change. We're NZ-based so having support for NZ companies in the built-in gateway would be a nice to have, but we just use Braintree. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cheddar manages our SaaS billing, all the plans, the customer management, discounts, plan changes, prorating.
