What do you like best about Checkwriters? Easy to use, friendly, helpful, and I am treated as a person and not a "company code". What do you dislike about Checkwriters? There is no longer a dedicated individual to assist me. What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? Reporting the ACA compliance.

They answered all of my questions and did a lot of the "heavy lifting" that made the process seamless for us internally. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? What do you like best about Checkwriters? Their quick communication efforts and customer service! What do you dislike about Checkwriters? Not much right now! Perhaps allowing to add documents that aren't strictly PDFs for onboarding but that's a minor thing. What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Checkwriters? Very user-friendly. The training was very good and they were patient with you and gave extended training if necessary. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? I have no complaints. Everything so far is great. What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? The biggest problem solved for me is tax paying.

What do you like best about Checkwriters? The customer service. The account representatives are highly responsive and timely. That's not something you see much these days with other vendors.
