"Smooth transition with very good support"

What do you like best about Checkwriters? The transition team was excellent and the technical support has been excellent as well. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? We are in our second year of using Checkwriters and I have no dislikes at this time What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? We have some very unique things in our payroll system, such as having some employees being tax exempt. Checkwriters has helped us navigate all of the complexities.

They are quick to reply to emails and always very helpful when you speak to them on the phone. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? CW has greatly reduced the time our business office has to spend to track and submitting payroll. ...

The only thing I don't like is that I've had so many client support specialists. It's hard to get to know one. What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? They keep track of everything we don't have time to. The pays are accurate.

Having to change passwords so often both as admin and user. What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? Don't have any problems at this time but they will be there if needed.

What do you like best about Checkwriters? Checkwriters is easy to use. What I appreciate most is the alerts whenever changes are made. It helps prevent fraud. What do you dislike about Checkwriters? The only downside I see is the wait time to get a response to inquiries. Waiting on a response feels like several hours. What problems is Checkwriters solving and how is that benefiting you? Our biggest fear is fraud. The alert system allows us peace of mind when it comes to it.
