What do you like best? I like that the system is automated and a candidate can easily enter names and email addresses.

What do you like best? The ease of use is wonderful. References like it because they can reply at a time convenient for them...never interrupted with a phone call. The answers tend to be more candid. Email reminders sent automatically allows me to focus on other things. Potential fraud alerts warn us if the candidate is trying to bypass the system. The reports are crisp and clean and very thorough.

The ease of access for reviewers, control of questions required for employers, the opportunity to be made aware if it appears a reference is fraudulent (this is an amazing feature!), the ease of sharing results with those who need them, the ability to see who has responded to the applicant's request for a reference, etc. We are SO pleased!
