What do you like best? I like that the reference checks are in the employees' hands. The amount of effort that they put into the reference check gives you a good idea of the type of employee they will be. If they blow it off and do the bare minimum, if gives us reason to wonder if they'd be a good employee.

What do you like best? Checkster completes my staff's reference checks with almost no work needed on my part. Once I start the reference check, I can just log back in once it's done.

What do you like best? Ease of use; the front page is laid out so there is nothing that can be missed. It is clean and there is not a lot of random stuff going on. It is easy to see which reports are pending and how many people may have already responded to the check. It is also extremely easy to see those that have been completed.
