What do you like best about ChatSupport? It's a fast and easy way for customers to use and gives a quick response. What do you dislike about ChatSupport? Sometimes you can feel like you're speaking with a robot. But this also helps by giving quick responses. What problems is ChatSupport solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping answer questions for users os redirect them to a live representative if needed,

What do you like best about ChatSupport? A very easy way to provide a customer support on a real time in few minutes. What do you dislike about ChatSupport? Sometime, cx didn't get the survery on her email. What problems is ChatSupport solving and how is that benefiting you? There are so many benifits to the customer, he/she can get immediate response by the tool.

Excellent Product with Hyper Support just had a call with FARAZ 'OMG' that Guy explained everything like spoonfeeding. Amazing product hope to see more new features in near future like CHATBOT, Tiggers, Advanced Customization, etc
