Chatmeter is great!

What do you like best? The support is great and the team is helpful. What do you dislike? I'm often overwhelmed by the amount of information available to me. Not a fault of Chatmeter, but it's sometimes intimidating. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm able to easily respond to reviews left on my Google and Facebook pages. It's basically One-Stop-Shopping for me and my company.

What do you like best? Having an assigned rep to correspond with monthly is very beneficial to the company. Our assigned rep responds in a timely manner and is very personable. We have used this service for years and have enjoyed the simplicity of the evolving dashboard and the features it provides to our team. Great Experience so far but Lacking in Social Functionality & Consistency

Chatmeter is always improving their product offering.

What do you like best? Their customer service is top notch. I have two dedicated account reps and both respond to my questions within hours or even minutes. We also have monthly calls where they answer questions, go over new features, and offer suggestions on how we can maximize our use of this tool. What do you like best? They are in San Diego. Not a lot of good things going on. What do you dislike? A lot. We are locked into a contract and they can not get their team to manage GMB or reviews correctly What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Nothing really. There have not been a lot of benefits to us using this platform.

What do you like best? The chatmeter platform does a lot of things, but they are not all clear to set up or customize. Their account managers were always nice, but often didnt have much experience using the product. What do you dislike? Their turnaround time to do anything for the clients was over 2 weeks. They'd ask us to do set up for them which we wouldnt be getting paid for. Also getting a refund for one client took at least 3 months. The reason for the refund was that it ...
