You can create a custom experience for your prospects to tailor the experience to their needs. It centralizes in a single pane of glass the experience and journey of your prospects on your site.

What do you like best about Signals? It's been great to be able to engage with customers right when they hop on our site (via chat), without having to wait until they fill out a form or just hoping they fill out a form. It's also very insightful to know which companies are visiting our site.

What do you like best about Signals? Signals helped us create alerts that build a type of notification for our ICP accounts to our teams. So we can be anywhere and get a text message that an ICP account is on our site and we can then engage with them when they are there.

I absolutely love the functionality of the chat and it's easy to build a flow, but the game-changer for me is the website reveal. Companies visiting your pages and it revealing who they are, what pages they visited and more. When you tie that into your CRM it's a gold mine of information.
