Amazing Piece of Software

What do you like best? Very flexible and customizable. Our entire ~1,000 person runs on Chart.io and our walls are covered with chart.io dashboards. What do you dislike? Not as well-known as Tableau or some of the other tools out there. But there is no reason why that should be the case. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to use great graphics

What do you like best? Simplicity, adaptability. Speed of report generation. Clear graphics. What do you dislike? Nothing so far. We need to learn how to use more features. Intuitive Reliable BI Tool

What do you like best? How easy it is to do easy/ad hoc analytical tasks as well as setting up more sophisticated queries & reporting structures. What do you dislike? There are sometimes formatting issues with what e.g. the labelling of X/Y axiss What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Dashboards / reportings structures for various departments.

Chartio for data across publisher website and micro sites

What do you like best? Its very visual and extremely easy to navigate. The data is organized with ease and makes the reporting process extremely easy! I also like how customizable the dashboards are so that we can have exactly what we want to see in our data and how we want to see it. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Simple, visual way to build and display complex queries with no to minimal SQL knowledge What do you dislike? It's not cheap, but we've seen great ROI. Great Visualization Tool for Sales Teams

What do you like best? Really helps to organize data and make it easier to digest. What do you dislike? When there is a lot of data - for example over 1000+ companies filtering through on our dashboard. It can take a good amount of time to load a chart/dashboard. The site occasionally will stall for a while. Recommendations to others considering the product: Consider having an admin with some experience in the platform - definitely a learning curve to setting up dashboards. ...

What do you like best? Flexibility to join disparate data sets in multiple ways depending on the analysis without a burdensome requirement to 'publish' a new data layer first.
