Dashboard for all

What do you like best? Easy to start with connectivity to RDBMS and Spreadsheets. Drag and drop as well as SQL interface allowing people with varied skills to self serve. What do you dislike? User admin and user access reporting could be better. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using data to drive decisions across all levels of the organization.

Easily accessible insights

What do you like best? Easy to access real time information on our key business performance metrics. What do you dislike? What do you like best? - Easy to use ETL - Combine data from multiple sources into one chartio - built in functionality to calculate things like rolling averages What do you dislike? - Not the 'prettiest' charts and dashboards. doesn't bother me but some of my exec team doesn't care for it. - No 'public' charts - anyone who wants to see something in chartio needs a 'seat' and you pay by the seat. What do you like best? Chartio has several graphs for presenting information from different angles, which is far smarter than it would otherwise allow our strategic decisions. Chartio is a very simple tool for users of BI applications and data management overall, as all this BI technology has a fairly learning curve for the majority of users, requiring only few explanations. What do you like best? Chartio gets constant updates, something many of the BI devices we have looked at take too long to do. It gives the user specialized privileges for displaying, sorting and even editing of the results. Indispensable tool for me

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Chartio helps us make data decisions every day. The interactive mode without database is excellent and makes things very easy. Another advantage is you can sort and view data in various ways other than table. What aspects are problematic or could work better? What do you like best? Love that chartio is so easy to use and understand; automated reports are awesome What do you dislike? Automated reports only send out default filter for each report; you have to create addl reports for other filters on your own What problems are you solving with the product? We use it for data visualization

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The biggest plus point is the app’s ease of use. If you know SQL, you can learn to use Chartio in just a few minutes. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The biggest minus point is query timeouts. I wish it was possible to run large analytics jobs that take more than half an hour.
