User-friendly tool and great customer support

What do you like best? ChartIO is very user-friendly for nontechnical audiences. In addition to the tool itself being user-friendly, ChartIO also provides a variety of tools to help educate users on ChartIO and data manipulation in general. Also, as a small company, they provide great customer support and are happy to deliver on reasonable or high-priority feature requests. What do you dislike? Great product, great service

What do you like best? I love that the team at Chartio is truly willing to partner with our organization to provide solutions and training. They are not a vendor that will only be in touch when it's renewal time -- we are in regular partnership with Chartio for help in training, feature requests, or just random questions. The content on the Chartio website/blog is excellent, too. I feel as though our organization is fully supported in our use of the product. What do you dislike? Not ...

Powerful tool to build dashboards!

What do you like best? The Drag&Drop interface with the capability to use either basic or advanced tools to create dynamic dashboards on demand. It is also very easy to create configurable filters to filter the data and show more relevant data. What do you dislike? The only thing we've struggled with is updating the email of a given account (we're using an SAML authentication with Okta). Smart, flexible, easy to handle

What do you like best? Easy connection of the data. Powerful visual SQL editor (simple queries can be made quickly). The transformation steps (also visual) helps you to quickly join different queries and to transform these data by pivoting, sorting, filtering, adding new columns,edit existing ones and much more. What do you like best? I love the flexibility by which we can make different charts and dashboards. Not only that, the clone function and the ability to make changes to multiple charts at once is huge What do you dislike? It's slow sometimes, which can be tough when loading.a big dashboard. Great way for nerds to build business intelligence dashboards...

What do you like best? Most of our data lives in the database - it was easy to connect Chartio with read-only access and then create my graphs using SQL, which for me is the easiest way to do such things. What do you dislike? Nothing really, so far. Maybe the Google Analytics interface could be easier to use (for an SQL guy like me, it would be cool to query it in an SQL-like way) What problems are you solving with the product? Straight to the point with meaningful insights

What do you like best? I really enjoy the fact that it breaks each of my customers down to the Sku level. This really helps me to figure out my next course of action. What do you dislike? There is one thing that it's missing. If I wanted to search Sku's only it would be helpful if it showed me what accounts carried those Sku's. Not just for my territory but for the entire area. This way, If I'm hunting down a specific product I could go directly to a location that carries it. ...

Great product that's extremely useful for our team

What do you like best? It's really easy to start running queries and creating dashboards that are useful, with limited to no technical expertise required. What do you dislike? Some limitations on how we can edit dashboards (e.g., changing the formatting on the charts can be difficult or not possible). Chartio is great

What do you like best? Easy to use interface in order to make queries which really help understand the business and make decisions. What do you dislike? Customizability of charts in terms of looks. The learning curve can be steep on how to use the tool. If you do not understand your database and the variables that exist in it, it is difficult to see what options you can have (might be nice to have a UNIQUE feature for each variable) What problems are you solving with the ...
