Great customer service and simplified reporting

What do you like best? While transferring older reports into Chartio, I sometimes find that not all of the functionality is available for me to perfectly recreate my report. Any time I approach Chartio team members with a request they are very quick to respond and, generally, implement my request. Good tool for Basic Needs

What do you like best? The services is easy to use and set up quickly. What do you dislike? I would say that it leaves a lot to be desired for power users. For example, exploratory analysis is not easy to do at all -- I would even say not really possible -- but then again that kind of analysis work should likely be done in R or some other tool. Solid product and easy to use

What do you like best? It's a clean, intuitive UI that just *feels* better than competing products. They don't tack on a lot of unnecessary features, which other dashboard products tend to do. It's *just* a dashboard app and that's a good thing. What do you dislike? The pricing feels steep for what you get. What do you like best? The software is beautiful and easy to use. The tools are designed for getting to useful insights quickly. The team is extremely responsive to problems, questions, and suggestions. The pricing is great. What do you dislike? I think their dashboard aggregation views could be more built out. Chartio: A BI for new and advanced users alike

What do you like best? Chartio is very easy to use, for a variety of users. Our use case involved getting data access to people that were not familiar with SQL. All of these users have been able to user Chartio on their own within an hour of use. Their customer assistance has also been fantastic. What do you like best? Chart.IO is great for who is starting. We still have all of our services hosted on Chart.IO. Think that you have a huge database, and you want to have a drag and drop way to make all magic happens. SQL-like powers, without knowing SQL!

What do you like best? Ability to query and visualize data with east, without writing complex SQL queries. Also, creating and sharing dashboards is fantastic. What do you dislike? It would be great to be able to have dynamic filtering of data that is visualized. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Product analytics are important for us, and being able to share across teams with the least overhead.

What do you like best? I like how the dashboards auto-update, and I definitely like the interactive query builder. It reminds me of Tableau. What do you dislike? I would love to have Google Docs integration--that would be a lot more lightweight and easier to update on our end. Helpful tool for tracking performance metrics

What do you like best? The design is really nice overall. Fairly intuitive. A lot of options for customizing reports. What do you dislike? You still require internal data experts to perform many detailed reports. It would be nice if Chart.io could help provide more "notes" or "data libraries so that non expert data users could dig deeper as well. What problems are you solving with the product?
