Awesome tool

What do you like best? Chartio is super easy to use. It has a very clean UI and all the necessary features. No more no less just what we need. It has a wide support of data sources that almost cover all the state-of-the art data warehouse system. Data blending of different sources are made easy via combining different layers together. What do you dislike? I hope Chartio can improve in the following 3 areas: 1. More transparent usage of each dashboard created and each account. It is ...

Chartio

What do you like best? I like that there is a drag and drop function and SQL mode. What do you dislike? We need to be able to make funnels, real funnels that make sure users do the first step and then the second. The current funnels only count the number of users who do each step which is wrong and misleading. Recommendations to others considering the product: Chartio is super useful, and its an easy to use tool that allows you to view large data sets and create beautiful ...

Want to get up and running with a Data Visualization tool in the least amount of time?

What do you like best? The fact that there is no business layer in between is a huge benefit. Accessing data source directly and inferring the physical relationships is an amazing feature, when I compare some of the BI tools that I have worked with in the past. ChartIO is adding more and more data sources to their list. Maintenance takes least effort. Simple and elegant! What do you dislike? - There is a huge scope to improve on the UI presentation. While the functionality is ...

I access Dashboards

What do you like best? I like the ability to share dashboards, and create dynamic layout views. What do you dislike? I dislike the delays in loading, and the lack of a standard grid to create dashboards. Recommendations to others considering the product: A more engaging front page upon login. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefits are being able to report quickly.

Chartio review for integration team

What do you like best? Ease of use, Visuals are beautiful (the charts are super easy to look at), Our team reviews it almost weekly and has found it be helpful for maintaining a cadence around goals. I also like how easy it is to login to the tool too! What do you dislike? Sometimes it can get a bit cumbersome getting access to the charts, you have to check in with the admin to make sure it gets granted to you. Not much else to complain about though, I really do love the product a ...

I love Chartio

What do you like best? How easy it is to build charts based on data that may be in multiple tables or multiple data sources. What do you dislike? Sometimes when building charts Chartio finds the wrong path to join through, it would be GREAT if there was a way to better define the join relationships without having to drop down all the way to SQL (which is very time consuming for deeply nested joins). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Great time to value

What do you like best? Chartio has great time to value--you're up and running extremely quickly without backend hassles. What do you dislike? That could have more direct integration points with other SaaS solutions. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you have someone with at least basic SQL knowledge you can use Chartio to go a very long way. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been able to create a ...

Elegant simplicity with heavy-lifting under the hood

What do you like best? The brilliance of Chartio is collaboration. From the Data Scientist through to management and executives, everyone has a place for what they can and can't do. However it doesn't feel that functionality is 'cut off' or 'restricted', instead the experience of viewing the same charts as others in the team created feels natural and intuitive. What do you dislike? There are some cloud applications that lack direct integrations with Chartio. I've noticed other ...

Chartio assists me to make fact based decisions

What do you like best? Chartio is easy to use as a business user and I don't need to have a qualified DBA on staff to generate the reports I use to run our business. What do you dislike? The downside of not having a DBA assisting me is that at times queries take a long time to process and I know the delay is due to my database. Specifically database optimisation and indexing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can view by business ...
