Great Analytics tool.

What do you like best? Chartio has allowed my company to access a lot of very useful analytics. We use Chartio on a daily businesses and would probably not be able to function without it. What do you dislike? It's quite difficult to use at the first impression. You have to definitely check out the entire tool for an hour or two or maybe more to really understand it and fully use it to your advantage. Perhaps a video or several tutorial videos would make it easier for new users. ...

Great way to share metrics with teammates/company.

What do you like best? Modular, easy-to-design dashboard components and data input options. Formats well on large HDTVs. What do you dislike? License model doesn't allow affordable sharing of dashboards on a read-only basis with teammates. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? General analytics and internal employee alignment around KPIs.

What do you like best? Chartio is very versatile. Favoriate features: - custom SQL query thru SQL mode (with auto formatting) - data pipeline (multi-row operations including as moving average, running total, etc) - configurable filters - charts look great visually What do you dislike? - occasionally buggy. For example, cached data often persists even after a manual refresh - there's no data available on views of chartio dashboards by user - it would be nice to see ...

Reporting software at its best

What do you like best? Its ease of use. SQl works perfect.. Like the visualization tools. Most of all love how it supplements SWL coding well. What do you dislike? graphs/bar charts need to be cleaned up on how it looks. Does have a lot of forecasting/trending tools. SQL FROM clause sometimes takes a lot of work to clean up. What do you like best? Chartio creates beautiful graphs and tables that draw in all sorts of information. It's kind of like excel, but it functions way cleaner and better. What do you dislike? It doesn't integrate with our current accounting system (Xero). Other than that, love it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using it to track some of our marketing data, coupon usage, and other KPI's.

What do you like best? Ease of use, Visuals are beautiful (the charts are super easy to look at), Our team reviews it almost weekly and has found it be helpful for maintaining a cadence around goals. I also like how easy it is to login to the tool too! What do you dislike? What do you like best? How easy it is to build charts based on data that may be in multiple tables or multiple data sources. What do you dislike? Sometimes when building charts Chartio finds the wrong path to join through, it would be GREAT if there was a way to better define the join relationships without having to drop down all the way to SQL (which is very time consuming for deeply nested joins). What do you like best? Chartio has great time to value--you're up and running extremely quickly without backend hassles. What do you dislike? That could have more direct integration points with other SaaS solutions.
