Feel a lot more educated into the current health/status of our business
What do you like best? Quick and easy to prototype charts without having to write a single line of code. The ability to not have to worry about dashboards in our web app at all is a huge help. What do you dislike? Sometimes getting the right sql through the wizard editor is not that easy. That is fine cause I can open up the SQL editor and write my queries there. Having said that, the way you have to use chartio's named columns to reference table columns is a huge pain, as opposed to ...

Customer Support Lead
What do you like best? Chartio allows non-technical employees to access company data, while helping to teach the basics of data science and SQL. What do you dislike? Initial set up and maintenance of tables and dimensions can be time consuming, but the time you put in directly affects the value you get out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Chartio is our main tool for analyzing company data. We use it to measure the health of our ...

Chartio makes data insights easy!
What do you like best? Using Chartio has been really helpful for our team, especially those not proficient in SQL or querying databases. Chartio allows for quick data visualizations and deeper dives into tough questions. What do you dislike? Chartio's UI can sometimes be finnicky and I'll lose work while I'm in the middle of it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're trying to bring actionable insights to a team of over 30, many of ...

Great so far
What do you like best? Chartio is very versatile. Favoriate features: - custom SQL query thru SQL mode (with auto formatting) - data pipeline (multi-row operations including as moving average, running total, etc) - configurable filters - charts look great visually What do you dislike? - occasionally buggy. For example, cached data often persists even after a manual refresh - there's no data available on views of chartio dashboards by user - it would be nice to see ...

Reporting software at its best
What do you like best? Its ease of use. SQl works perfect.. Like the visualization tools. Most of all love how it supplements SWL coding well. What do you dislike? graphs/bar charts need to be cleaned up on how it looks. Does have a lot of forecasting/trending tools. SQL FROM clause sometimes takes a lot of work to clean up. Recommendations to others considering the product: Depends on your business needs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Reid Northcutt's Review
What do you like best? Chartio creates beautiful graphs and tables that draw in all sorts of information. It's kind of like excel, but it functions way cleaner and better. What do you dislike? It doesn't integrate with our current accounting system (Xero). Other than that, love it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using it to track some of our marketing data, coupon usage, and other KPI's.

What benefits have you realized? Having all the data that can be used for decision making. Benefits include transparency since the data provided can ...

I use ChartIO to visualize data which we pull from our data warehouse.
What do you like best? The ease of use is fantastic. For someone familiar with SQL it takes only a few minutes to get up to speed. What do you dislike? Query timeouts are a huge pain -- it'd be nice to run large analytics jobs which could take more than 30 minutes. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a short. It's very easy to use, and the visualizations are quite nice. There are some performance issues, but they don't interfere with most day-to-day use ...

So easy to use
What do you like best? Tables drag and drop is so good. Charting everything is great. What I prefer is when I present to the advisory board and can instantly query whatever asked metrics in 2 minutes. What do you dislike? Layers UI. , instead of ; csv export. In date dimension, I would like to be able to use monthly group but for example from the 10th to the 9th of the month instead of from first to last day of the month. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Best analytics product
What do you like best? Its super easy to create great looking charts and graphs via SQL. I no longer need developers to help me build the dashboards I need. What do you dislike? Pricing structure discourages user seats - one of my biggest negatives. Would like a structure based on DB size rather than users. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We need to be able to view real time data and Chartio lets us do that with low cost.
