Chartio review

What do you like best? Ease to use. Integrated to our database. Ability to type SQL What do you dislike? Take a while to get use to the layer concepts. Could use more tutorials Recommendations to others considering the product: Not only to share the data, but have ability to have guest create reports within the limit that the company can configure. That would certainly help. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sharing ...

Fast, easy-to-use, versatile browser-based data tool

What do you like best? Versatility - Chartio makes it easy to generate charts, tables, graphs, complex SQL queries, links, and interactive web-apps all from data sources you connect easily. If you need to do something with your company's data, there's practically no bound to what you can do with Chartio! I also love that it is fast to load, and fast to pick up on. A power user can gradually uncover the power of Chartio, while a brand new user can start making productive use of the ...

Great way to share metrics with teammates/company.

What do you like best? Modular, easy-to-design dashboard components and data input options. Formats well on large HDTVs. What do you dislike? License model doesn't allow affordable sharing of dashboards on a read-only basis with teammates. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? General analytics and internal employee alignment around KPIs.

Amazing tool that can be utilized by any user regardless of experience.

What do you like best? We used to have Tableau and found it too complicating to wire up and produce desired reports. With Chartio, even a new user can intuitively create reports in no time What do you dislike? Some SFDC wire up required up front that is a bit more advanced What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Forecasting, user tracking, churn, company updates.

Great Analytics tool.

What do you like best? Chartio has allowed my company to access a lot of very useful analytics. We use Chartio on a daily businesses and would probably not be able to function without it. What do you dislike? It's quite difficult to use at the first impression. You have to definitely check out the entire tool for an hour or two or maybe more to really understand it and fully use it to your advantage. Perhaps a video or several tutorial videos would make it easier for new users. ...

Gets the job done simply and effectively

What do you like best? I like being able to create a central repository of charts and dashboards for my team. What do you dislike? Not enough new features come out. Not enough visualization customization. Lots of tiny quirks that I could report. Hard for new users. Line between interactive and SQL mode is blurry. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a good central repository for your SQL queries What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

Chartio has been a great way to view the data that executives love.

What do you like best? The way the data can be viewed easily and in many different way. What do you dislike? Kinda pricey to have a lot of users. No way to have an external user that we put a static link in a system to push data out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are showing data about the jobs with do for our clients to our clients in a way that makes the numbers really pop.

Fantastic Dashboard

What do you like best? My favorite feature for Chartio is the drag and drop SQL builder. Before Chartio I would spend hours writing a a query to do analysis. Now that I get my data faster I can spend more time on analysis and be more productive. Dashboards are also pretty slick but admittedly I haven't been using them as much as I can. What do you dislike? I wish I could write R and Pyton in Chartio. I think it would extend the Chartio feature set more into analysis and make their ...
