Great Tool

What do you like best? The platform is extremely versatile; allowing you to generate reports, graphs, tables and queries using your connected data. The load time is fast and exporting reports is extremely useful What do you dislike? The user interface could be a little bit easier to navigate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using this tool, we are trying to solve better ways to help our membership acquire and obtain more users.

Always Up to Date Sales Data

What do you like best? Like with most BI tools, we are able to view real-time data with Chartio. This is critical for our sales team and being able to quickly understand how our team is doing. If we are off our target for the month we can make adjustments that day. What do you dislike? The platform is great! Amazing tool that can be utilized by any user regardless of experience.

What do you like best? We used to have Tableau and found it too complicating to wire up and produce desired reports. With Chartio, even a new user can intuitively create reports in no time What do you dislike? Some SFDC wire up required up front that is a bit more advanced What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Forecasting, user tracking, churn, company updates.

Gets the job done simply and effectively

What do you like best? I like being able to create a central repository of charts and dashboards for my team. What do you dislike? Not enough new features come out. Not enough visualization customization. Lots of tiny quirks that I could report. Hard for new users. Line between interactive and SQL mode is blurry. Chartio has been a great way to view the data that executives love.

What do you like best? The way the data can be viewed easily and in many different way. What do you dislike? Kinda pricey to have a lot of users. No way to have an external user that we put a static link in a system to push data out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are showing data about the jobs with do for our clients to our clients in a way that makes the numbers really pop.

Fantastic Dashboard

What do you like best? My favorite feature for Chartio is the drag and drop SQL builder. Before Chartio I would spend hours writing a a query to do analysis. Now that I get my data faster I can spend more time on analysis and be more productive. Dashboards are also pretty slick but admittedly I haven't been using them as much as I can. Feel a lot more educated into the current health/status of our business

What do you like best? Quick and easy to prototype charts without having to write a single line of code. The ability to not have to worry about dashboards in our web app at all is a huge help. What do you dislike? Sometimes getting the right sql through the wizard editor is not that easy. That is fine cause I can open up the SQL editor and write my queries there. What do you like best? Using Chartio has been really helpful for our team, especially those not proficient in SQL or querying databases.
