Always improving
What do you like best? What I like most about Chargify is that they are always improving. They listen to their customers and release updates accordingly. I love that it integrates with auth.net also. What do you dislike? I don't like the way they run their statement dates. I wish it could be customized. What do you like best? The dashboards are easy to use and there is a decent amount of information in Chargify. What do you dislike? There isn't a strong tax calculation component and reporting isn't as robust as we would like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
