Extremely Flexible

What do you like best? The ability to add new products and line items on the fly is my favorite part of the tool. What do you dislike? We have some difficulty with one-time charges being reflected appropriately. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Subscription management. We have benefited from the easier reporting.

Support is painfull - Avoid Shopify and Chargebee Integration!!

Wow, the support is really hard work. It is going to be a major headache for us to move to another billing provider but in the long run it would be better. I recommend using recurly as the support is U.S based and a whole different level compared to Chargebee. I was waiting for the Chargebee/Shopify integration and at last, they released a plugin and I went to work to follow the instructions only to find all is not what it seems. Chargebee is dead in terms of service

Chargebee is dead in terms of service - we have been trying to having an invoicing issue resolved for three months - I suspect they no longer provide any customer support and simply outsource helpdesk to create a facade. As at October 2019 I dont think anyone actually works there anymore.

So easy to setup

What do you like best? From zero to first subscription in production in less than a week. What do you dislike? Their checkout form doesn't have the ability to update existing customer (yet) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We solved the difficulty of managing subscriptions. Benefit of time and development cost.

Awesome Customer Service and Pretty Flexible

What do you like best? The support documentation and chat within ChargeBee means that even when I get stuck, I'm not stuck for long. The ability to get lots of data from reports easily exported out means I can share the information with others in the company at the click of a button. Very easy to use and a great API for devs.

What do you like best? I personally, as a developer, use your SDK and api endpoints for our application and I really enjoyed the experience of integrating it into our codebase. What do you dislike? My only downfall, and I mean ONLY, is that you cannot changed the VAT text on invoices from VAT to IPT. What do you like best? The customer support is always top notch. During set up, some of the support team didn’t get some of our questions because we wanted quite a bespoke solution. They simply put us in touch with their tech team and we found a solution the same day.
