What do you like best? Chargebee is user friendly and easier to work on. What do you dislike? Though user friendly, the product is little rigid on the work side. Our organisation's whole billing process is based out of Chargebee and almost every information about an account can be pulled out from Chargebee

Our experience with the product was ok
Our experience with the product was ok, but their cancelation methods are very strange. We closed our division that relied on the Chargebee software, and there is no way to cancel your subscription with Chargebee directly on the software. This is already quite strange, but after the 2nd email, the agent simply didn't reply. I am now on the 4th email, that confirms asking them to cancel the subscription, and it still hasn't been done... I am not exactly in how far, how they handle ...

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to create coupons in Chargebee. Managing subscriptions is intuitive. What do you dislike? The customer service at this company is…
Stay Away from Chargebee ...The customer service at this company is horrible. First the invoice system does not automatically charge the cost of the invoice, then you contact their support (they only offer online chatting) and they just copy and paste the answer. I have been with them since they are integrated with our software but I am going to switch because they are making me loose money and the support is not there.

Great subscription / revenue automation sytsem
What do you like best? Flexible API which has allowed us to build Chargebee into our quoting and renewals process. What do you dislike? Very little. There's a few limitations, for example you can reduce the current billing period (optionally giving a credit) but you can't increase it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automated subscription billing for hundreds of clients.
