Great user experience

What do you like best? The ability to stay on top of outstanding billing, overdue payments. This really helps us take action on outstanding/overdue accounts, recognize potential churns an update service plans. What do you dislike? We wanted subscription recurring billing platform and Chargebee is what we were looking for.

What do you like best? It has a simplified platform and very easy to get what we need in few seconds. What do you dislike? The Subscription cancellation procedure is not very easy to find. Recommendations to others considering the product: Chargebee is all what you need for recurring billing subscriptions. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Most flexible billing platform. I know, because I checked!

What do you like best? Chargebee is the most flexible billing platform we found when reviewing all vendors in this space. We were able to quickly configure a system that matched our client's current practices and validated Chargebee as our preferred vendor. On top of that, Chargebee's developer relations, libraries, and documentation are top-notch. Great product, great API, easy to integrate.

What do you like best? I really like the time machine. It speeds up integration considerably and is also great for checking if changes are doing what you expect. What do you dislike? Overall, chargebee has the features we need but like any off the shelf software, customization can be limited at times so sometimes we have to change to fit the chargebee workflow instead of changing the chargebee workflow to fit us. Chargebee gets the job done very well.

What do you like best? Simplicity and connectivity. I have two software companies, both on Chargebee, because it worked so well for the first one. We need integrations, and they are there. We need it to be simple to setup plans and coupons, and it is. We also didn't want to develop the payment UX, and Chargebee's is very clean and intuitive. What do you dislike? Very little. Got us from zero to world-class billing in a week

What do you like best? Every time an invoice gets issues automatically, I am happy we went for chargebee. It gave us a ton of flexibility (plans, coupons, billing, invoicing, off-line payments, reports) for a very reasonable integration effort. Every time a customer asks for something custom and I can make them happy without having to write any code, is a huge win in my book. What do you dislike? Interface can be a bit confusing at times. What do you like best? It is easy to automate tasks and the UI is very intuitive What do you dislike? Several products need different instances, I wish it could all be summarised on one customer page. Also I wish it was possible to schedule events like upgrades and downgrades and going live.
