Happy over five years with Chargebee!

What do you like best? We are saving a lot of time with billing, overdue payments, and the support is awesome dedicated people. It really helps us take action on outstanding/overdue accounts. What do you dislike? There's not something I dislike about Chargebee! This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Go with any other company - please. As you upgrade plans, they increase their overage fees. This makes absolutely no sense as a business model. If you upgrade and pay more monthly you would expect to get a discount on overage fees, yet this company wants to squeeze the maximum amount of money out of you. Very intuitive and comprehensive

What do you like best? Very easy to set up. Has a demo mode and live mode. Has all the features necessary for setting up a billing system. Great support team. Also, love their pricing for startups. What do you dislike? Nothing, I can think of. There are workarounds if you find some feature missing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Monthly subscription billing for our SaaS subscribers.

What do you like best? Very nice and thought through product, with sensible defaults and enough customisation options. Lots of progress on the product going on, into right direction and amazing pace. What do you dislike? Lots of interlocking features that define the behaviour.
