What do you like best? I like that it was easy to get up and running with Chargebee. The administrative panel is easy to understand. As I went through the implementation, it felt like they've thought of everything. What do you dislike? Right now, a user can only have a single trial and subscription. What do you like best? The UI is straightforward and the live chat support. What do you dislike? Understanding the referral credits process. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Subscription billing and all its nuances, and how easily it integrates with Stripe. I love that I no longer have to dig around in Stripe.

What do you like best? It's easy to use and we can have a variety of different SAAS products at a variety of different price points. Even promo codes are easy to generate and use. What do you dislike? The report dashboard is not accurate and up to date on a regular basis. It's often showing $0 sales even though it's noon and we've had a few sales that day. Chargebee for Startups

What do you like best? Chargebee automates customer invoicing which makes renewing subscriptions easy. It's also a great reference for us in terms of tracking free vs. paid users of our tool. Their support team is also very speedy and helpful when we encounter unknowns or issues. What do you dislike? There are some features that could use a little refinement. What do you like best? They listen to their customers and our pain points. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I can think of at this time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Subscription Management and SAAS KPI metrics are readable available.

Easy for a startup to work with

What do you like best? Recurring billing automation on top of Stripe works for me really well. What do you dislike? Flexibility will probably be limited for a large company. Excellent subscription management software

What do you like best? Integrates well with other software. User interface is modern, easy to navigate. It is easy to manage subscriptions - charging credit cards (integration with stripe), managing bulk operations, allowing trial period, web checkouts. What do you like best? Xero integration is seamless, dashboard analytics are painless and easy to keep track of at a glance.
