What do you like best? Handles all the gnarly edge cases of SaaS: upgrades in mid cycle, different pricing methodologies (e.g. stepped, fixed price + add ons), currencies, taxes. What do you like best? - simple business model - well document API, Chargebee product (like portal, for embedding into our app) - very nice administration console (to create plans, manage customers, ...) - good management of plans, subscriptions, customers, ... - migration of configurations from TEST environment to PROD (in "one-click") What do you dislike? - translations of invoices and customization are good enough, but i think translations can be done more easily ...

Chargebee is great for service providers, and copywriters that want to offer monthly services.

What do you like best? What I like best about chargebee is that if you are a copywriter, or service provider they offer a free method to easily get started offering your monthly services. You don't get all of the premium options, but you get enough to get started and go quite far. I also like the fact that your customers will have their own client portal, where they can cancel their subscription without you manually having to process their request if you choose to allow them. What do you like best? The UI is straightforward and the live chat support. What do you dislike? Understanding the referral credits process. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you dislike? The report dashboard is not accurate and up to date on a regular basis. It's often showing $0 sales even though it's noon and we've had a few sales that day. Collecting monthly SaaS payments isn't a hectic work anymore!

What do you like best? I love being able to set up different subscriptions for different customers and how it auto collects the payments every month. And I personally love the way how we can manage invoices like voiding, deleting and recording the payments if the invoice has been cleared in any other payment method. What do you dislike?
