ChargeBee is a lifesaver

What do you like best? ChargeBee makes integration with Stripe & Paypal a breeze. In just a day, we were up and running. Had we been developing all the functionalities by ourselves, we would still have been doing that even after an year. ChargeBee saves time, money and effort. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It makes the subscription management tasks so easy that you don't need to have a specialist financial controlled sitting and matching invoices and feeding them into some system. What do you dislike? Exactly what my startup needed

What do you like best? Chargebee has an excellent feature set out of the box, taking the hassle out of managing payments and subscriptions. I like that it integrates with loads of payment gateways and provides a flexible checkout experience for my customers. Most important for me is the pricing: it was free for the first $50k of revenue, which allowed my business to grow. Now my business has passed that point, it pays a reasonable monthly fee. Simple and Easy to work with

What do you like best? The UI is very intuitive and easy to work with. I was able to understand how the tool functions in less than a day. What do you dislike? At times, I notice that there is a lag in the updates reflecting in the CRM - Freshsales. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Processing online and offline payments with customers. The simple and easy to use nature of the tool makes our operations easier.

Chargebee cleaned up the monetization of our solution for us.

What do you like best? Chargebee offers great workflows, customization, and reports. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike about Chargebee. The quick reports could span over more than 12 months maybe. But that's not a big deal. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Chargebee takes the pain out of collecting one-off and recurring payments.

What do you like best? Navigation is easy and it is organized in a obvious and intuititive way. It also solves our key issue of having a way to charge for one time items and subscription in the same invoice. What do you dislike? One key feature that is missing is being able to place one time charges into unbilled charges.
