Outstanding product and equally outstanding customer service!
What do you like best? So far we like that the product has increased our conversion from trial to paying client. Before we moved to the product, our SaaS platform was not integrated to our web site and we could only convert clients on our web site. The problem was that once signed up on a trial, clients spent all their time on the platform so it wasn't obvious where to buy from us. What do you dislike? Simplifies subscription management
What do you like best? Chargebee makes it ridiculously easy to add subscription features to your tool. My engineer quoted me 2-3 weeks to build out the infrastructure to support basic subscription management, and then lifetime support to update, support, and fix any bugs. Doesn't make sense to pay my internal team of engineers to build something like this when Chargebee has already built a tool to do this and has the associated user interface to mange everything. What do you like best? It is a very simple platform to use and customer support is very responsive. What do you dislike? When a customer adds a new method of payment on the account, the payment may retry automatically. Great for freemium Saas coompanies.
What do you like best? As there's no user count we can add our freemium/trial users to chargebee which makes reporting and upgrading them much easier. Essentially chargebee is the source of truth regarding customer account status. We can take a paid customer and switch them to a trial or cancel their account directly through chargebee and it will just update via webhooks to our internal system.
