Chargebee integration and support has been excellent for Roveel
What do you like best? The ease of use and support has been the best. What do you dislike? The initial sales process almost put us off with various offers and incentives, however we have now built the trust and want to continue to work with Chargebee. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Invoicing our SAAS business customers directly and automating the payment collections. We have saved time from preparing the invoices manually.

A fantastic tool
What do you like best? Super useful and fast! They have also a cool startup program, they permit to you use Chargebee for free to try it. After that the price is super honest. What do you like best? We use Chargebee to manage subscription regarding our products. It is really userfriendly and offers a lot of tools and features. Excellent service from my experience...
Wow, its shocking to see how these many bad reviews for this amazing company, not sure if I'm using the same chargebee as they are! My experience with them for last 3 years has been nothing but amazing. They have always provided amazing customer support and the sheer amount of features they are providing puts other similar services to shame.

What do you like best? The user interface is relatively intuitive for certain things, like checking a customer's balance due or whether they have unpaid invoices What do you dislike? None of the integrations work very well (Salesforce, Sage Intacct, etc) and the customer support to resolve the issues is horrible.
