I used chargebee for my garments…

I used chargebee for my garments website. The customer support was terrible. everytime I had an issue, I had to call the team multiple times and would get redirected. Regret the choice and I dont recommend chargebee.

To be avoided, it will cost you LT!

Chargebee started as a good product challenging Recurly. But as times goes on their super weird pricing policy will get the best of you.Their representative explicitly lied to to us to get us on a higher pricing in order to get his bonus and then you are stuck with another representation trying to get you to pay even to get his bonus aswell for the same feature that were promised earlier by someone else.Their management really needs to train their staff better & decide on a pricing policy ...

What do you like best? Ease of setup. I am a novice at coding for web design and integrating this with our web site was simple for me. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The UI is very easily laid out that you can find things quickly and easily. Their customer service team is wonderful and helpful. What do you dislike? Honestly, I haven't found anything that I dislike about the product but will definitely update with something once I do. What do you like best? It's really simple to set up recurring or single payment plans, copy the code, and insert into your page. Looks really professional and user friendly. Great backend flexibility and data. What do you dislike? Not a thing. It all works out the box and customer support is quick if needed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simple to pay for plans selling my online courses.

What do you like best? It's customizable and has a simple interface. What do you dislike? Anything more sophisticated in terms of analytics needs an excel export. Awesome and Easy yo Use

What do you like best? Chargebee is a comprehensive, user friendly, powerful tool. Especially if you're looking for all in one, no-code solution, Chargebee is probably the best. The customer service is also excellent, and their "startup plan", where you're basically given access for free, up to 50k in revenue, was just what we needed to kickstart our business. What do you like best? We moved to Chargebee because Stripe was not offering what we needed. We can do pretty much everything we need with Chargebee.
