What do you like best? GUI overlay editor is very good and intuitive. Certainly helps do things in a very short time. What do you dislike? JS API and the way to start a tour that way. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Onboarding our 2 separate segments of users certainly made it a lot less frictionless with Chameleon.

Effective & easy to use!

What do you like best? My favorite part about chameleon is how simple and easy it is to set up a pop-up. Everything from triggers, design, and fine-tuning is very intuitive and doesn't require too much trouble shooting. Level of complexity is perfect. Their support pages are also helpful and I can figure out everything I need on my own. What do you dislike? I've had some trouble with uploading CSVs in the past, but that was with a particularly large targeted group of users. ...

I really like using chameleon but we can't upgrade because it becomes pricy for our size

What do you like best? It's really easy to use. It's flexible and it helped us to test and iterate quickly on different ways to engage our user's without any, or very little, development effort What do you dislike? GOOD TOOL IF YOU WANT TO INVEST IN STYLING YOUR ONBOARDING

What do you like best? Quick to get setup with pixel. Simple to set up pop-ups, good out of the box analytics. What do you dislike? UX navigating between dashboard and editing a launcher is a little wonky. Sometimes you leave it on edit mode and everytime you revisit your own website Chameleon takes precedence over regular navigation which is frustrating. What do you like best? Constantly adding functionality. Good support What do you dislike? Very slow UI. it takes very long to perform basic tasks. Multi-language support (last checked Nov 2019) Is totally missing, VERY hard to manage that side. What problems are you solving with the product? Amazing product. Ahead of its time.

What do you like best? The ease of use and flexibility with the product. It is obvious that this is a company that understands their customers. Powerful and convenient tool

What do you like best? Very little need for engineering support. What do you dislike? No sub-folders for experiences make it difficult to keep an overview. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our users sometimes need to be informed very fast (e.g. important feature not working). Chameleon helps me do that.

Easy to use for beginners & advanced tutorial builders.

What do you like best? I enjoy the ability to create popups on our client dashboards that direct users to new sales opportunities. What do you dislike? I dislike how hard it is to get the triggers to work according to how they say they'll work. For instance, showing a pop up every time a page refreshes does not work on our site for some reason. Helpful to provide new updates to customers

What do you like best? The software is easy to use and I like not having to pull developers off projects to add training tours or updates. What do you dislike? Need the option to build tours on mobile Recommendations to others considering the product: Watch their training videos, it should be pretty easy to use after that. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Improved the ability to notify customers of new features.
