Works well from a customer standpoint.
What do you like best? From a customer standpoint, it is relatively easy to submit a claim. Since that is mostly all the average employee will ever perform it does its core function very well. Super convenient
What do you like best? I love that I can use an app to keep track of my monthly expenses and that I can upload receipt photos directly to my Certify account. It saves me a ton of time at the end of the month because it is so easy to keep track of expenses as the month progresses. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy to use and can easily link receipts i.e. Spothero directly connects my receipts to Certify, so if saves me a step What do you dislike? I wish wallets were created instantly, navigation could be simpler. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great for travel.

Anticipates needs
What do you like best? Certify makes my life so much easier when it comes to being reimbursed for the travel I encounter, due to my job. I can just take a picture of my receipts, submit them through the app, and in no time I receive reimbursement for for expenses. Even when I’m in the middle of nowhere, I can store the image of the receipt in the app, and submit once I have internet connection. What do you dislike? Tried both Certify and Concur. Certify fits our needs beWtter
What do you like best? Certify had better pricing, and was easier to use. What do you dislike? Certify's backend software is slow. Pages take a decent amount of time to load the data. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving issues involving out credit cards

Easy to Navigate
What do you like best? Certify makes it easy to see all of my expenses in one place, and group them together for easy expense report making. What do you dislike? I had issues emailing my receipts in, but could have been user error. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can literally import and submit an expense report all within half an hour. This has easily taken hours previously.

Save your time and keep the money safe
What do you like best? Certify lets you have an easy and quick reports on traveling. You can build it with new infos in no time during the travel. What do you dislike? I can't find really anything that is not so good at moment with the service. There was a time when you have problems with autofillng infos. But now everything is back to normal.
