Certify is easy to use
What do you like best? The phone app and the website work flawlessly together. The option to send receipts and images by e mail also syncs quickly and I never have to wait for updates. The process is very intuitive. What do you dislike? Finding the right button for editing can be a challenge but it's minor. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it for travel expense reporting.

Certify makes my employee reimbursements simple and faster
What do you like best? How quickly my reimbursements are processed. What do you dislike? Just the confusion of implementing and using a new tool in general. I don't even count this against this product specifically.. as it pertains to any new company-wide product "generally speaking". Recommendations to others considering the product Give it a try. What do you like best? It doesn't take long to file an expensive report. It is pretty easy to figure out. What do you dislike? sometimes tying to find an existing expensive report that you want to add to can be hard. What business problems are you solving with the product? Easy to use platform
What do you like best? Easy to upload receipts and expenses. I like how it links to apps such as Uber and Lyft. What do you dislike? I can't complain about much. It allows me to easily track expenses better than our old system. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is easier to aggregate expenses and upload a receipt/expense as it happens.

What do you like best? Easy to upload receipts. I take a photo of my receipt with my cell phone and email it in. It also has other ways to submit but this works for me. What do you dislike? not really anything. The system is user friendly. If you click on things you can generally figure it out. Recommendations to others considering the product User friendly. My certify requests are quick and money is on time.
What do you like best? The site is easy to access and self explanatory. What do you dislike? I only had a problem with loading my receipts and getting them added to my wallet. What do you like best? Uploading receipts is easy, save contact info from past vendors is great, approval process is easy and quick What do you dislike?
