Quick and Easy
What do you like best? I'm able to forward receipts via email. no need to track paper. What do you dislike? Receipt images are not always accurate and always require editing. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Timely and accurate expense reporting allow for timely reimbursements.

Ease of use
What do you like best? This software makes expense reporting incredibly easy. What do you dislike? I have yet to find anything that I don't like about Certify. Quick Easy and Efficient use of time!
What do you like best? This program works on my Cell and makes doing expenses a breeze! I have auto mileage calculator with addresses entered and you can add multiple places you are meeting without having to create a new file. The sync up to your desktop is great. Intuitive and Well Supported Online Expense Reporting
What do you like best? The system just works well with very little need for IT support. Our users caught on quickly and are able to access the 24/5 support when they have questions. There have been no real issues for us since we switched. What do you dislike? The only thing that I can think of is that it took a littile bit of time for me to figure out how to set up the approval flows. User friendly and great app
What do you like best? The easy ability to transfer receipts from phone app to website What do you dislike? I wish the approval process were quicker Recommendations to others considering the product This program will help to easily track your travel expenses. I highly recommend it. Easy to figure out
What do you like best? It is fairly convenient to use to create a monthly expense report or just a daily one. What do you dislike? It does not let you add multiple files to the same claim. Such as a copy of the receipt and uploaded proof of necessity. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm able to claim my work mileage and postage and other incidental items I end buying for the office.

Great Program for Fast Reimbursement

Confusing initially, now I think I have gotten the hang of it.
What do you like best? How quick it is to get everything done.. once you get the hang of it. What do you dislike? I have to scan each receipts separately. Recommendations to others considering the product it worth a try..it gets easier once you know how to upload and set up the expense report. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Expense reporting.
