Always on Time
What do you like best? I like the fact that if I need to contact someone regarding any issues I am having (which is always minimal,that the emails links to are easily available. What do you dislike? I actually do not dislike anything from this site. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It makes the process of inputting expenses very easy to understand.

It is simple to use and takes very little time
What do you like best? My travel request is sent directly to my supervisors email. My supervisor can respond quickly if she has any questions. This program is so much better that the way that my company used to process travel expense requests. What do you dislike? I haven't used the system long enough to develop a dislike for it. Using Certify for company expense reports
What do you like best? I like the map it feature, I don't have to keep track of mileage. What do you dislike? Not sure I like the way I now need to upload the receipts, but I think it's more of getting used to a new procedure. Recommendations to others considering the product I think it's easy enough to use. I do not normally request expense reimbursement, and this system made it very easy!
What do you like best? I believe the feature I liked best was the simplicity of the entire procedure. The way the request was tracked and updated immediately was of great help when my expense exceeded the maximum amount the company allotted, and I had to resubmit info that fell under the maximum dollar amount threshold. What do you like best? It is much easier to complete expense reports What do you dislike? I have found nothing wrong with this system. I enjoy using it. Recommendations to others considering the product I would suggest using it if you have any expenses that are being paid to employees with in your company.
