Effecient
What do you like best? The time management and efficiency of the software. What do you dislike? The lack of abilities to edit from your phone vs. computer What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The time management is wonderful. Employees are submitting in a more timely timeframe. Processing is so much better also.

Overview of Certify Mobile
What do you like best? Ease of use. I like being able to use the phone, then finish the report online. What do you dislike? Having to sync receipts - that is a little clunky. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Travel expenses.

Certify is user friendly
What do you like best? I like that I can start an expense report at the beginning of the month and add to it when I have expenses. This helps me from having to keep records. I also like the mobile feature. It is so easy to upload receipts. I have not found anything I do not like about Certify...it is SO much easier than paper expense reports! What do you dislike? What do you like best? Super easy to use. Love that it stores addresses to use for later. What do you dislike? You can't remove items from your certify wallet after you expense them. T & E Expense Reports
What do you like best? Ease of use, layout, ability to scan and download receipts. What do you dislike? This is not really a complaint since Certify is better than any expense reporting system I've used in the past. A little getting use to downloading the receipts, but still not hard to figure out. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saves me a tremendous amount of time. Allows time to be spent on other business duties.

What do you like best? Easy to use and understand. Did not have any issues uploading. What do you dislike? Can't say I disliked anything. Very user friendly What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting reimbursed. I received my reimbursement pretty quickly.
