Quick certify review

What do you like best? It's a time saver, very quick and easy to use. What do you dislike? It's sometimes hard to get rid of power receipts because I always wonder if I'll ever need them again, but other than that it love it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The time issue. In a quick snap you have all of your receipts already to submit. And you bet your reimbursements much faster.

What do you like best? Easy to track and manage expenses via mobile app or website. Website is designed in a friendly manner which is easy to use and navigate. The expense submission process is flexible; with submissions acceptable via scanning from the mobile app, email or via document upload from your PC. What do you dislike? Great program and easy to use

What do you like best? I like how everything is easy accessible from the side tab. This makes anything I am looking for easy to find. What do you dislike? Sometimes it can be kind of hard to figure out where you should start with an expense report. Sometimes I end up creating the expense and then realizing I forgot to upload the receipt. What do you like best? Mobile app is easy to upload documents quickly. It also helps get approvals faster which helps the user get reimbursed sooner than later. What do you dislike? The chain can hold things up. Someone higher should be able to override if needed. I also feel that the approval process shouldn't consist of as many people, however, that could be due to the company and not so much an issue with certify. Great Product!

What do you like best? Being able to submit expenses in a timely manner is helpful when getting reimbursed from my company. Breaking it down into different categories, such as mileage and meals, makes things easy for the user. What do you dislike? I don't like that there is a waiting period for the user to be reimbursed for their money. There is an entire approval process, which I understand to an extent, but when it takes days or weeks to be reimbursed it is a pain-point. ...

What do you like best? Process is straight forward and immediate, no worrying about lost receipts if photos are taken as they happen and loaded as you go. What do you dislike? Sometimes longer reimbursement times due to direct deposit process. Banks tend to hold up to 10 days while certify indicates payment has been sent.
